Toward the end of his 9 year career in the United States Air Force, Dominic Campasano, the founder of soon to be HTDI Financial, was consulting with a local credit repair company to help standardize their everyday operations. At the time, while maintaining a stellar military career, he also had a consulting company and was very well versed in database programming and substantially improving operational logistics.
In just a matter of months, Dominic was able to substantially improve the local credit repair company’s numbers more than triple of what they were doing before his consultation, with more than double the client satisfaction and retention rate. Dominic realized the biggest issue with clients, besides poor results, was lack of communication. The company that Dominic consulted with had very little communication avenues for the client to determine what progress there was. If the client could not get a hold of the company in a timely manner they would, more times than not, assume the worst.
As Dominic researched more about the industry, he realized that the Credit Repair industry had a significant amount of negative press and stigma against it. Recognizing room for improvement he founded HTDI Financial in November 2004, striving to ensure his clients received the best possible results and satisfaction. On this day, he hoped the Credit Services industry would forever change for the better. Since then, HTDI Financial Consumer Division, LLC was formed and is now the Consumer Division of credit repair which HTDI Financial remains the marketing arm for all divisions.
In just a matter of months, his company was inundated with client support calls checking on their status. He immediately developed a client tracking system for his company (initially called HTDI Tracker™ which has since became TrackStar™) to allow clients to login and track their progress and receive automatic email notifications once their account was updated. During this time, HTDI also invented the “Broker Portal” and “Referral Partner Login”. At this time, no such technology existed, and HTDI Financial was the only company to have it. However with his next product, others were soon to follow.
Within just the first year, HTDI Financial was the catalyst of almost a hundred companies striving to be better and standardize logistics. Companies were more proficient at compiling client results and decreasing the amount of time they had to spend on a client file. They were significantly improving the response time between client requests and delivery or research of answers and in most cases doubled their gross revenue.
Over the next couple years, HTDI continued to maintain its consumer division and two business divisions, while improving on results, logistics, methods and features of software. Implementing new and unique features such as: full Sales CRMs, autoresponders, helpdesk and integrated billing solutions, eliminating the need for merchant accounts. The system was so advanced and unique that it could even recognize clients that had not sent in their results and would email the client a reminder AND document their file automatically!
Fast forward 6 years and TrackStar™ from HTDI is still used by more successful companies than any other software option available. Not only has HTDI led the credit repair software arena since 2004, but also invented the credit repair dispute outsourcing industry now offered through our DisputeAgent™ Services.
